No communication, was assured parts for recall would be in before the holiday... even though they couldn’t give me a time line for how long the it would take to get in the parts in order to schedule anothe in before the holiday... even though they couldn’t give me a time line for how long the it would take to get in the parts in order to schedule another service appointment. Worst communication I have every experienced. The service I went in for was completed. 3 of the 4 critical services they recommend were completed elsewhere. I called the direct lite to talk to William no l I went in for was completed. 3 of the 4 critical services they recommend were completed elsewhere. I called the direct lite to talk to William no less than 10 times and left several and the call was answered some where at a call center. He said he left me a message but I did not get a message. I also left a message for the General Manager still have not heard from him either. When I asked to talk to Mr Ferman I was told he doesn’t take calls. Seems to be no one a Ferman Ford takes calls. More
