Worst communication I have every experienced. The service I went in for was completed. 3 of the 4 critical services they recommend were completed elsewhere. I called the direct lite to talk to William no l I went in for was completed. 3 of the 4 critical services they recommend were completed elsewhere. I called the direct lite to talk to William no less than 10 times and left several and the call was answered some where at a call center. He said he left me a message but I did not get a message. I also left a message for the General Manager still have not heard from him either. When I asked to talk to Mr Ferman I was told he doesn’t take calls. Seems to be no one a Ferman Ford takes calls. More
