People are so friendly and they are deliver what they promise (except this last visit). I’ll go back though. The only gripe I have is that I brought my truck in for diagnostics at 8:00 am and was told w promise (except this last visit). I’ll go back though. The only gripe I have is that I brought my truck in for diagnostics at 8:00 am and was told what was wrong with it and that it would be fixed that same day. Great, right? At 4:00 pm I get a call saying they have to order the part and it will be two weeks out. They didn’t know this until 4:00 pm?? If all my other experiences hadn’t been great I would have been terribly upset. I’m glad this wasn’t my first experience with them. More

My 2020 Ford Escape was in for a recall. The process was to take 3-4 hours. I was notified for pick up ahead of schedule which made me very happy.
