Dealership told me that my brakes were horrible at a two in the back and a three in the front. Took to my local reliable service center and they asked why I was bringing my car in as my brakes were absolute in the back and a three in the front. John McVay was very helpful when I arrived at the dealership he walked out the door and asked me if he could help me and I said I am looking at that 2019 F3 50 he said let me go and get the keys so w dealership he walked out the door and asked me if he could help me and I said I am looking at that 2019 F3 50 he said let me go and get the keys so with that we took it for a ride and I liked it so we came back to the dealership and we tried work on figures out between both vehicles mine and your vehicle in it at the dealership we couldn’t come to a agreement he told me we would need a cosigner so I said well I will let you know with that my wife became a call buyer for the vehicle and when we got back to the dealership I said to John we need to do something with the prices and he came out and he showed me what they did they gave me substantial money for mine and the vehicle that I was purchasing it was a little bit easier to purchase and Alex was the salesman that delivered the vehicle to me which was very helpful and different things on the vehicle but both Alex and John both deserve substantial creditFor the service that Furman Ford dealer gave me More

I needed to have a electrical problem checked. Wasn't sure If I had gotten a defective battery or if there was an alternator system issue. Service advisor was SO responsive. I honestly dreaded taking my car to the dealer but the extended warranty required a dealer evaluation and my trepidation of getting jacked around ( past experience with dealers) was not realized.
