I needed to have a electrical problem checked. Wasn't sure If I had gotten a defective battery or if there was an alternator system issue. Service advisor was SO responsive. Vehicle was checked quickly and determined I had a defective new battery and that took care of it. I honestly dreaded taking my car to the dealer but the extended warranty required a dealer evaluation and my trepidation of getting jacked around ( past experience with dealers) was not realized. Well done. More

This will be the fourth time we have taken this truck back for the same issue. I am extremely unhappy. They tell us it's fixed and within a day it starts doing the same thing.
