I had an issue with my truck so I called William Pannier that evening he scheduled me in the next morning , the service team quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem excellent job. Dealer gave me a great price. Came in with an appointment and it still took forever to wait to do paperwork. Didn't have our regular service manager and my husband said to give him a 5. I don't like being assigned a service manager. I don't know if this is a Ford or a ferman thing. Anytime I've taken the vehicle said to give him a 5. I don't like being assigned a service manager. I don't know if this is a Ford or a ferman thing. Anytime I've taken the vehicle in there is a line of people waiting for our assigned person and no one waiting at the other desks. It's a waste of time and resources. Lack of a shuttle should have lost you a star. More
