Nightmare! preparing to file a lawsuit and working with attorney general. 6 weeks to repair transmission, charged me almost $6000,still making same noise when picked it up, said it had to break in, drove attorney general. 6 weeks to repair transmission, charged me almost $6000,still making same noise when picked it up, said it had to break in, drove to NY were transmission completely failed , had to be towed ,took to ford dealership here were they evaluated it (all documented) and found service techs who did transmission work never filled transfer case with fluid which burnt out, stuck in hotel in NY ,$2500 cash out of pocket to fix ,called Fermann now 3 times with no response ,care or help to resolve. My attorneys are preparing to expose this horrible dealership and are attempting to seek compensation. Almost $10,000 cash out of pocket for what started as just a very small rub once in awhile to absolute nightmare due to incompetence. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! More
Service staff friendly , and efficient , but most importantly experienced . I felt my Ford was in good hands as I wouldn't trust the job to just any mechanic . Got an appointment quickly. They kept in touch with us and let us know about what they found that we needed fixed. They took care of everything in a timely manner. I have recently become a customer of Ferman Ford. I was with another Ford dealership for years, and always received good service from them also, but would have trouble getting appointments on Saturday. I have been receiving very good service from Ferman FORD with competent service advisors, mechanics and all involved. More
