I went for an oil change and a oil leak they did the oil change never reset the oil life They did not fix the oil leak they said they didn’t see one until I took him outside and showed it to him then he sa change never reset the oil life They did not fix the oil leak they said they didn’t see one until I took him outside and showed it to him then he said he had to put some die in it I have to come back in 500 miles to find out where it’s leaking from Then the service advisor told me he gave me his direct phone number to get in touch with them my appointment was about two weeks ago to this day I’ve never heard from him Not very satisfied with The service here I keep trying to give them a chance and it keeps going backwards More

Sales and Finance staff very nice. Assisted my in locating the car I selected. Explained the condition of the car (loaner) and politely covered extended warranty options. I was with another Ford dealership for years, and always received good service from them also, but would have trouble getting appointments on Saturday. Olta, our service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our service was done in a timely manner. Our only complaint was that the mechanic that worked on our vehicle left grease marks on our drive helpful. Our service was done in a timely manner. I didn’t get the service done. I was told couple hours. I was walking around and saw my truck sitting out back. Looked like not touched.
