I found the exact truck I wanted online at this dealership. I called them and was able to speak with a human-being very quickly. He then, very quickly, was able to get me an extremely fair price on the new truck, and several thousand dollars more for my trade. There was no haggling, no back and forth, just a genuine conversation about what we each needed to get the deal done. After agreeing to a price, I advised that I wanted to move quickly and pick the truck up the next day. When I arrived the next day, their finance manager offered to attempt to beat the interest rate I arrived with. Within a few minutes they were able to get me a .25% better rate (which makes a difference on an $83k truck) and took another $1,000 off the price, for financing with them. Overall, everyone was friendly, efficient, professional, and I am very pleased with the transaction. I highly recommend David Williams and Ferman Ford. More
