I just called to get a quote on labor to do a minor repair on my car. The service guy Jeff quoted me $400 for 2 hours of labor. The job will only take 15 minutes to complete. William is a awesome assistant service manager. He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. However your mechanics do need to be a little more attentive to their work for example I needed goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of.
