I just called to get a quote on labor to do a minor repair on my car. The service guy Jeff quoted me $400 for 2 hours of labor. The job will only take 15 minutes to complete. I recently had some defective factory ground effects replaced. The car was returned with the same issue unresolved. William is a awesome assistant service manager. He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. However your mechanics do need to be a little more attentive to their work for example I needed goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. However your mechanics do need to be a little more attentive to their work for example I needed to come all the way back to the dealership to get my wife's brand new tires re-balenced. If it is not the mechanics fault, then the dealership should look into updating your equipment. More
