Went in there for a problem with my wife rear door light. She sat there for 3 hours for them too tell her that the door latch had to be cleaned. Come find out it was the wiring harness. You can tell this dealership has been in business for a long time. Their auto service department is extremely professional and runs like a Swiss watch. My service representative Jeff was friendly, courteou long time. Their auto service department is extremely professional and runs like a Swiss watch. My service representative Jeff was friendly, courteous but more importantly totally focused on my service appointment. Jeff went over every item on the initial diagnostic report and explained in a clear and concise way what maintenance should be completed. The part they needed for the repair was not available so he ordered a Lyft car service to take me home. I received a call from Jeff the next morning notifying me that my truck was ready to go.
