Waited an hour to be told that they did not have my oil filter in stock and that it would be another 2 hours. This was a waste of time took my car and left. I even think I caught covid by going into there filter in stock and that it would be another 2 hours. This was a waste of time took my car and left. This dealership was a lot more reasonable than other dealerships I went to while shopping for a used car. The only negative thing I can say is that my salesman built followed up the next day to see if a dealerships I went to while shopping for a used car. I realize I’ve serviced my truck a lot at Ferman so I know a lot of the guys on sight. They are always cordial and helpful. Even when I drove in on a Saturday for air in my tires they took care of it wit know a lot of the guys on sight. They are always cordial and helpful.
