Michael and the entire were absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to deal with! We were on vacation and my current vehicle was having some troubles so we decided to sell it and buy a new vehicle with Fords pleasure to deal with! My service was excellent. My Rep Tony was very helpful. My only negative experience was the telephone cal I received from someone else at Ferman who wanted to buy my car.
