I appreciate the ferment team treating me good. When I had trouble with the first car that I bought and went back to Furman board they were easy to work with to get me into another vehicle with the same o had trouble with the first car that I bought and went back to Furman board they were easy to work with to get me into another vehicle with the same options that I had. Chris Kacprowski listen to me and answered my questions. Nabil Loubani tried to understand my position as a woman buying a car. Even though they still went through my husbands credit,that ticked me off. He did list the car with my name first. Since I am the one paying for it. And my husband would not have a higher credit score than me if I didn't pay off the house. More

First experience was awful, drove from Tampa to find advertised Certified F-250 wasn’t Certified. Asked if there were other used F-250s and was told no. Drove back to Tampa and found that there were sev advertised Certified F-250 wasn’t Certified. Asked if there were other used F-250s and was told no. Drove back to Tampa and found that there were several listed online at Ferman Ford. Samantha in call center convinced me to give dealership another try. She set appointment with a sales manager, he was very professional and we made a deal. Samantha was the one who saved this deal and she deserves credit for her professionalism and willingness to do what was necessary. More

After we picked up the car the passenger side of the car was making a loud noise on the interstate. It does that when the wheel is about to come off. 3 lugs on pass side only hand tightened. Then 2 days later the under pinning came loose on interstate. Both very situations Very Scary! Glad we didn't have an accident! William Pannier was very nice and apologized for both incidents.
