We had visited another Ford dealership on Sunday and the salesman seemed totally uninterested.in assisting us. We happened to pass by Ferman on our way back home and decided to stop there. We met Your salesman Dean and told him what we were looking for. He listened, was very friendly and went above and beyond trying to find a truck for our Son. He found the perfect truck that had just come in tucked away in the back. In addition, my Husband saw his “dream” truck on your lot. Dean checked into that truck for us too and on Monday evening we left Ferman with a beautiful certified used truck for our Son and an equally beautiful brand new King Ranch Powerboost! First time we have ever made a double purchase but Dean made the entire process super smooth. kudos also to Frank in finance.who also was great to work with.
