The level of service was average nothing on a spectacular level. My sales rep was very pleasant AFTER I purchased my vehicle but seemed uninterested in making a sale before hand. The sticker on the car was different from what they charged me due to a supposed cost to the dealership by purchasing my vehicle from another lot. So 5k was added on top which I couldn’t argue. My question is why not added to the sticker price on the car? I insisted on Sun coast Financing, who they partner with, but kept given the run around with another bank that had higher interest and was told that the interest couldn’t go lower to reflect what Sun Coast was offering. The finance specialist then told me that he would take off the MSRP to help with the difference of the interest rate, he did not. After I refuse to get the extended warranty he became upset and responded “come on, do the right thing.” I haven’t the slightest idea what he meant by that, but this isn’t my first time buying a car. I knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t want. I mean it’s sale I get it but the level of customer service didn’t meet my expectations. More
