First off, Itzel was an excellent sales specialist and made our experience so effortless. The manager, Jason, made sure we were happy with our deal before we signed anything which was great and increased made our experience so effortless. I was not impressed with my service advisor David Stevens. He was rude and gave me another customers paperwork and spelled my name wrong on my service order.
