My car was in the Ferman Collision service since 11/23 for a three day repair. Parts were delayed and they said my car was ready a few days before Christmas. I went to get my car and they didn’t paint th for a three day repair. Parts were delayed and they said my car was ready a few days before Christmas. I went to get my car and they didn’t paint the repair on the hood so I had to leave the car a few more days. They called me to pick it up and it had been washed with hard water and not dried so my car had water stains when they buffed it, I notice an area on the hood that they painted but didn’t sand. They told me they would have to schedule me for a loaner car and they would fix it. It’s been five business days and they have not called to schedule me. So my three day repair has taken five weeks and this is the third time I have to take my car to get fix like they should have done the first time…but I am still waiting. More
