Very poor service / communication / etc. my truck has more issues after I leave than when I bring it there. They changed the front bearing hub but never did alignment. When I confronted them the service manager basically said it was my fault for not getting an alignment done… this SHOULD NOT be for me to decide. I AM NOT a mechanic. The tailgate button stopped working after I brought it in. They replaced it and CHARGED ME! It still doesn’t work. Apparently they do not check things. Will never return to this dealership again.
