I have been searching for a Mach-E and one that was reasonably priced and had the options that I wanted. I searched Ford's website and found that Ferman had 4 in stock. I contacted the dealer and was directed to Benjamin (a sales consultant) and he was super helpful! I live about an hour and a half and did not want to go back and forth to the dealership, so it was important that everything was good to go before I drove there. Benjamin was very prompt, extremely polite and had all my paperwork ready to go when I arrived. I was at the dealer for about an hour and was back on the road very fast. I wish the dealership was closer just so I could get service there instead of my local dealership lol Thank you Ferman Ford for my new car!! More
