I had a horrible experience this last time I was there. I went in to have a headlamp installed (not all the bolts had it bolted in but they were kind enough to leave some loose under the hood) as well as a I went in to have a headlamp installed (not all the bolts had it bolted in but they were kind enough to leave some loose under the hood) as well as a diagnostic. I did not get a clear explanation on the results of the diagnostic but they certainly thought I needed a new transmission. We opted out for a second opinion due to my spidy senses picking up on a couple of bad feelings. Low and behold not just a few bolts were found loose under the hood but over a hand full. They took up a part that I was not talked about and decided to let me leave with it not bolted down. It felt like all the parts under the hood were dancing and I barely made it home. (I only live 5 minutes away). I decided to take it to downtown Aamco and worked with Sam. What an amazing outstanding individual. He got me all tightened up and his diagnostic never mentioned that the transmission was bad. So I will never be back to Ford to say the least!!!! You should allow zero stars because in my opinion one was not even earned here!!!! More

Met at service check in with a smile. Checked in with the service manager, directed to the customer waiting room. Free coffee and soda.
