We made an appointment to see a new Explorer. Antonio met us and showed us a model that we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had service on my truck, including a battery check. The battery went dead 2 weeks later so I brought it back in. While it was there a porter backed into my truck with an Explorer. I was informed of both the cost of the battery and the damage to my truck at the same time. I went to look at the damage and was offered a rental vehicle from Enterprise while they fixed my truck. I asked for something from the lot and was offered a low end Escape. My truck is a Super Duty. They ended up giving me an Edge. When I picked up the truck, all of my personal property in the bed was covered in white dust. They had the tonneau cover open while making the repairs and just left it and closed it. My tool bag was open in the bed so all of my tools and the inside of my bag are covered in a thick layer of dust. The damage repairs so far are fine. More

This shady dealership sold me a car they knew was broken. When I brought the car back two days later they admitted the car sounded like something was wrong with it. Told me to bring it back the following Fri When I brought the car back two days later they admitted the car sounded like something was wrong with it. Told me to bring it back the following Friday for repairs. It has now been 7 weeks and I still do not have the car that I purchased nor have they fixed the issue. They put me in a loner car that is not accommodating at all. It is extremely small and my three year old sons car seat takes over the entire back seat and there is no trunk space for my stroller. Ford does not care. Service from the sales team and the servicing team has been so awful I wish I could rate them a zero. This is coming from someone who NEVER makes negative reviews. I will be sure to tell everyone about my experience. More
