Had the Mach-E windshield recall and chose Ferman Ford because they have an on-site body shop. I had a ding in the door and they also took care of that too. And while the Mach-E was at the dealership, the because they have an on-site body shop. I had a ding in the door and they also took care of that too. And while the Mach-E was at the dealership, they suggested a scheduled service. Had a rental for a few day that was covered by Ford. GREAT GREAT GREAT service experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I had never been to Ferman Ford before & I parked in the back where there were some empty spots. I went into the dealership & a manager helped me & brought me to the service area & had some to get my car. H back where there were some empty spots. I went into the dealership & a manager helped me & brought me to the service area & had some to get my car. He took me right to the girl I had been talking to about my oil change. He was very courteous and helpful. I had an inspection done & there was a few additional services recommended but unfortunately I couldn't do right away. There was no pressure on getting them done, no salesman in my face like I have experienced before. I was very happy with service and enjoyed being a Ferman Ford for the service of my vehicle. I recommend them highly. More

Worst service ever. Ferman had my car for over 5 months and put over 250 miles on it and did not fix my issue. Service manager was extremely rude.
