Although everyone is very nice here, they installed my tires wrong and changed the oil and didn’t leave a new sticker as to when my next oil change would be. My visit to Ferman Chrysler was a very short notice visit being that I am from ohio and my Ram diesel was having some issues on my way to my vacation destination. With that being said I had called ahead and being that I am from ohio and my Ram diesel was having some issues on my way to my vacation destination. With that being said I had called ahead and talked to Jason in service and explained to him what I had going on and he and his mechanics were more than willing to help get my truck fixed and back on the road within 2 days of being in Florida. As far as customer service goes this has been the most friendly and helpful car dealership that I have ever dealt with and it's to bad they are so far away from me. Thank you JASON in service. More
A lot to be desired My appointment was for 11:00. Oil change, tire rotation, Bluetooth problem. I picked up the van at around 5:45 that evening. The Bluetooth problem turned out to be “you need a new radio”, no pricing, my EXTENDED warranty ran out November 2019. “I thought” that I got the EXTENDED warranty for the life of the loan, 8 more months. I’ve called them at least 4 times this morning. No reply from Jason Logue. I guess it’s time to call Chrysler. More
