Did not have an appointment but my car was service the day before, I explained the car was making a weird noise, they immediately review the problem and fixed it. I was In/Out in 30 minutes. Scheduled my service appointment for a Mopar 2 inch lift, wheels and tires. Steve took care of me I dropped the car off, provides me with a loaner and after he explained what they were going to do. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. My car was supposedly checked bumper to bumper but i noticed the first day that the rear defrost didn't work. I took it in and after sitting for a LONG time the supposedly checked bumper to bumper but i noticed the first day that the rear defrost didn't work. I took it in and after sitting for a LONG time they said they found the broken piece, glued it in and i needed to bring it back the next day to make sure it was fixed. So the next day i took it back again and again had to wait A LONG TIME before they came and said it still wasn't fixed and had to give me a loaner car which was a piece of crap Jeep. On the way to work the next morning one of the tires was almost flat and i barely made it to work. I then had to contact them to bring me another loaner and then they took it to the wrong location and i had to spend almost an hour trying to get the vehicle and my boss was PISSED. The manager then contacted me and said my vehicle was fixed and wanted to know how i wanted to proceed and i said he needed to bring my car to my home and get their loaner. All of this could have been prevented if they would have checked over the vehicle completely to begin with! More

My transmission failed! But luckily I purchased a lifetime power drive warranty when I bought my Jeep in 2010. It was repaired by Ferman, even during the COVID 19 pandemic.
