Once in for your appointment, work is good, although if your wait is ALWAYS multiple hours, even for a scheduled oil change. And often times after waiting your told you have to come back because they don’t have the parts or ran out of time to repair, even though they knew the scope of the work from a previous visit. Several members of the repair department do not return your calls after you leave messages. I also noticed that my car was finished and sitting outside, although I wasn’t notified it was complete until 1/2 an hour later. This was after waiting several hours! I will definitely look for another place to buy and have my current vehicle serviced. Price was good because the car was under warranty. More

Changed oil and rotated tires as requested in a reasonable 2 hours or so. But still expensive. I can buy Mopar filter and Rotella oil for my Ecodiesel much cheaper than they charged me.
