Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey - Service Center

Went for oil change and tire patch picked it up with ABS and traction control lights went back to get it fixed and all they did was clear the codes and said it was a fluke, after I left they came back on so and traction control lights went back to get it fixed and all they did was clear the codes and said it was a fluke, after I left they came back on so I went back the next day and the manager refused to acknowledge they caused an issue with my car seeing as the code was coming from the wheel they took off. He refused to fix it, he said I would have to pay for the diagnostic if they didn’t think they caused the issue and wouldn’t fix it because he said “we might not have the part” even though I repeatedly said I’d leave the car there until it was fixed. Still for some reason was refusing to do anything about it and was arguing over and over that they couldn’t have caused it and when I asked if it was just a coincidence he said I’m not saying that but we couldn’t have caused it. Anyway After I left there about an hour later my check engine light was on. Just recently bought this car excellent condition and first time taking it in and it was only for an oil change and patch. Absolutely disgusted with the service I received manager mike Hughes has no respect for customers. He also told me to “calm down” after rudely telling me for about 20 minutes that he wasn’t going to do anything about it and basically making me feel like I’m delusional for expecting them to fix a simple mistake they caused. It’s sad how people act when they don’t want to be wrong. I’m disgusted. Not to mention I have high function ASD and they and I feel like they completely took advantage of me. More

No one I'd trust more with my car troubles, Steve is honest, straightforward, personable, helpful, trustworthy and made sure to explain everything without making me worry, an all around awesome guy.
