They messed up my van door!!! my side slider door would not close all the way after $729 I used it 3 times then on the 4th closing my entire door panel fell off on the inside. Took my side slider door would not close all the way after $729 I used it 3 times then on the 4th closing my entire door panel fell off on the inside. Took it back twice. Now my door will not close! And none of my automatic buttons work all because they did not secure my door panel!!! They said they could not figure it out now I am out of a lot of money and my van is worse than it was! I am a paraplegic I drive my self now I have to take someone with me to manually close the door they have taken my independence away from me! I live on my SS I only make $732 per month. They have messed my whole life up an entire new door is $600. Shame Shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly handicapped person. More
Excellent customer service I just wanted to talk about two individuals that have made a huge difference and went above and beyond their duty. First, I bought my car through Jim I just wanted to talk about two individuals that have made a huge difference and went above and beyond their duty. First, I bought my car through Jim Zabel who made me fell so comfortable through the whole car buying experience. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and he showed me the cherokee which is now my favorite car! and explained the whole process with the finances making my experience so much easier. The next individual I want to mention is Jamie Ward. I came into the dealership for a routine oil change. I had to bring my 6 ans 8 year old boys due to the timing of the appointment. My 8 year old loves cars and always had. He is autistic and his day was already off from doctors appointments he had that day. Him and his brother thought it would be cool to run through the tent that was connected to a car in the show room. When I finally got them in the waiting room and told them they weren't allowed to do that, my 8 year old started crying and yelling hysterically. Jamie came in and started to talk to him and explain why they couldn't run around and gave them a couple toy cars to play with, some snacks to eat, and each a cup that they filled up with a drink of their choice. He calmed down instantly which is sometimes a challenge with him and they left there with the biggest smiles on their faces. Jim and Jamie are an asset to you company and have went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable at your dealership. More

A Big Surprise A few years ago I was in a competitor's dealership and watched the service department man talk a man into $600 worth of work he did not need. Today I took my town and country in because it had an electronic ignition key problem. The man told me it would be a $100 to determine the problem. When I went to pay for the work, I received a big surprise. They told me the part was under recall, and they had fixed the problem. They provided me with 2 new keys, and didn't charge me anything. It is comforting to know that an honest dealer is out there. I will certainly use them when I need more work done. More
Good service department bad product. Good service. I was originally very upset about my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee having to be taken in for a check engine light 4 times in 2 months, and 11 Good service. I was originally very upset about my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee having to be taken in for a check engine light 4 times in 2 months, and 11 times in 3 years for other various issues including 3 factory recalls, but after speaking with Mike in person I feel they do understand my frustration and are working hard to make it right. I'm still not happy with the Jeep product and would not recommend the car itself but my opinion of the Ferman service department has changed. More
Worst Service Dept ever! I have had nothing but bad experiences with Fermans service department. From the 1st week I've owned the car there has been nothing but trouble with t I have had nothing but bad experiences with Fermans service department. From the 1st week I've owned the car there has been nothing but trouble with them. In the 1st week I had the car I brought it back because the front end was shaking so bad. They did nothing, and the 3rd time I brought it back for the same problem I was told it was a characteristic of a PT Cruiser and to get use to it. It took calling Chrysler directly and having them intervene for them to do anything. After that any time I brought it in for something under warranty it was never fixed the 1st time I brought it in, I always had to bring it back a second time for it to get repaired correctly. I believe it was 18000 mi. when they replaced the lower control arm and bushings. I asked how it went so early and I was told it was the florida sun. 2 years later the front end started doing the same thing and they told me it couldn't be the control arms again and if it was the work is only guaranteed for 1 year. I went there 2 days ago and asked for the paper work for the original front end problem and no one seems to be able to come up with it. Chrysler told me they never received it from Ferman. Seems kinda fishy to me, are they hiding something? More
Quoted 2 different fees Although i did not actually have work done, i did call last weekend and ask how much to check transmission fluid. There is no dipstick on mine. It took until Monday to get back with me and i was told free to check but there is a charge to add it. OK... today i call to make an appt. and to have the fluid checked and i am told a diagnostic fee of $99.00 Won't be doing business with them. Can't get a simple price quote right. LOL Lori More
