Chrysler's Customer Service Center was not any help called them 6 times in the 3 weeks "they escalated the request" which meant nothing. After about 2+ weeks someone from Chrysler finally called ....... I guess if one waits long enough the issue will resolve itself! More

This is because my experience back in New York's customer wait area looks and feels like a "Third World" car barn. Please give the young lady, who telephoned me about 24 Hours after I left Ferman's Service Department asking me for my opinion of the service, a commendation. She was pleasantly professional as she tolerated my asking her to repeat a number of statements which I had difficulty hearing due to a hearing loss which I have. Thank you for a terrific experience. I have been a SATISIFIED Ferman Service Customer for at least the last six years. More

My service advisor Ronald "Jamie" Kissinge was great! I don't ask for much other than to be treated with a great attitude and customer service that you would expect from a big dealership.
