German, Chrysler Jeep dealership is a very convenient service center for me to bring my Jeep. Your staff are very professional and courteous. Your waiting room is clean. After holding my car hostage for 5hrs on a Saturday for an oil change they finally called me (after I tried to call them many times with no answer) and said they just finished the oil change and were about an oil change they finally called me (after I tried to call them many times with no answer) and said they just finished the oil change and were about to check my service lights. Basically paid $200 for them to tell me I needed to dish out $2,000 of I want them to fix my brakes, speed sensors and a hose. Parts cost no more than $200. What a ripoff! So I paid $200 for an oil change and a 5 minute diagnosis basically. Bought the vehicle here and think its pretty weird these parts are bad after only 3yrs when I barely drive the car. Never again. 😐 More
