Noise is still there and I have been told they won't work on my car. 4 radios have been replaced and it has to go to the dealership for portocols. I went to the dealership and told them what happened but they can't do thing the stereo I have Allstate warranty Sadly the manger refuses with my. I worked for Chrysler for 21 years a service writer and this way of treating a customer is not rt. Please call for details. Now I have been rail roaded ti sell my car as this place is the only place in 30 miles to go. Theo sis the second car that I bought the being from there. 2015 dart gt. Same issues. The incompetence miscommunication is terrible there. Your system manager lives ended up, taking over the situation, which was very good which were everything with the train. State and I got for the car was when is gonna throw parts in until we get the noise to go away. Yes they ate the $100 deductible because the job is done right the first time. Yes they gave me a card to use which I was appreciative. Do I have to wash wax and polished and return perfect. I appreciate that but the service manager and I have an issue.
