It was told to me that they were going to call me when the part ordered came in to schedule a return appt. They never called when I called a month later and asked if the part came in. I was told by someon the part ordered came in to schedule a return appt. They never called when I called a month later and asked if the part came in. I was told by someone in service dept. "I think so ". Really ? What kind of customer service response is that? I said what does that mean? Is the part physically there or not. Please check for sure before I schedule a return appt. It was there I hoped and I set up a return appt. Then when I arrived was told "Not sure we can fit your vehicle in today as the person that booked your appt did not allow enough time for the actual repair". Person went into the dept and then came back and said ok we can fit it in. I do not know any names. No one told me their name. I do not recognize anyone listed. More
