The service of a life time!!! Your service department is similar to y'alls sales department. Useless. I took my truck to get fixed and they tried to tell me nothing was wrong. Even went out of their way to pull my truck into their shop and do nothing other than write up some paperwork to cover their own xxx. Literally a waste of my time and theirs. More

Tune-up / rear camera service Over the course of my life I have avoided dealership service centers because of them notoriously being known to sell you parts etc. you didn't need an Over the course of my life I have avoided dealership service centers because of them notoriously being known to sell you parts etc. you didn't need and otherwise to be untrustworthy. I have been pleasantly surprised that this Ferman Dealership has NEVER tried to sell me anything that I didn't come in knowing I needed. When I had an error code come up claiming a serious electrical problem - turned out it was just the battery needing to be replaced - they could've gotten me for a lot more but didn't. This past week they fixed a back up camera that was shorting out far cheaper than I expected and did a 100k mile tune-up without a hitch or attempt to sell me anything else. I have 120k miles on my Dodge Journey and I know its running so well in part because of the quality of work these mechanics perform and because of that I plan on purchasing my next car from that dealership. BTW - the customer lounge is ridiculously comfortable and accommodating with free soda, coffee, cappuccino and baked goods. ;) More

Complete lack of communication from the service dept Backordered part took 15 months to arrive, in the meantime no updates from Jason. Every time I called, I got a "let me check on that and call you back Backordered part took 15 months to arrive, in the meantime no updates from Jason. Every time I called, I got a "let me check on that and call you back", except no callbacks came. The only information I got was when someone else actually checked for me. I eventually found out that the part had arrived (after it had been sitting there for almost a month). No written estimate was ever given, nor any call on the day of service (we dropped the car off the night before) indicating that work had begun, what the cost might be, or when we might expect to pick up the vehicle. We eventually went there to sit and wait and were finally given a price (after having to have the part removed from the bill, since we paid for it before it was even ordered). At that point, I couldn't hold my tongue any longer... and while it was not Jason's fault that the part was backordered for so long... the complete lack of communication WAS. When I tried to get Jason to understand why we were so frustrated, he tried to shift blame to other employees. I can only hope our experience was an aberration and that working with someone else there might be a different experience. I am, however, not sure I'm brave enough to take that risk, More
