Service appointment My appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall notice for a steering dampener. My appointment was at 8:30 and the vehicle wasn’t br My appointment was for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall notice for a steering dampener. My appointment was at 8:30 and the vehicle wasn’t brought in till 9:15. I called in advance about the recall part and was told it could be handled when I brought the vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. At 10am car was ready however I was told they couldn’t do recall part because it wasn’t in stock. I wouldn't have brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation if I'd known id have to come back again for recall to be handled. More

So so services Disappointed that promised recall repair was not completed as promised. Made appointment 2 weeks in advance so parts would be ready, no indication tha Disappointed that promised recall repair was not completed as promised.
