Service started exceptional and ended on a whimper Started out fine. Dana is fantastic btw. Getting my truck back was a let down in service that has gone down in perception since picking it up. 1) i g Started out fine. Dana is fantastic btw. Getting my truck back was a let down in service that has gone down in perception since picking it up. 1) i got there as everyone wanted to go to lunch and was rushed through to sign the papers without going over the work performed. 2) Since leaving Ive observed my steering is now off. Difficult to prove but I noticed immediately. However it was a very windy day and I gave it a couple days for better conditions. Still has not improved and is very noticeable. Just not very pleased over time. More
