4 hours of waiting Brandon was very nice, but I sat with my 3 and 1 year old for nearly 4 hours until I finally went to ask why it was taking so long. I went in for an o Brandon was very nice, but I sat with my 3 and 1 year old for nearly 4 hours until I finally went to ask why it was taking so long. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and because the automatic engine shutoff light was on. I made an appointment about 5 days in advance. I'm not sure why it took so long and then they try and say after 4 hours of waiting that I'm paying $230 for a new battery for the light issue. I bought the car from the dealership 5 months ago with the battery that was in the car. Thankfully Brandon waived the cost for the battery so I paid for just the oil change and tire rotation, but waiting 4 hours with two small children is brutal. If something takes longer than an hour, we should be told to take the shuttle van home to wait. He offered it in the beginning when I arrived, but when I asked him if it would take long he told me it shouldn't. More

Jason then told me about the service lounge and I was able to stay there until my vehicle was finished. Ferman offers several amenities to include tv, video games, wifi, coffee and donuts. Once my vehicle was finished, I received a text message and a staff member came into the lounge to get me. Would highly recommend to others. More
