Poor service Compass just nearly out of factory warranty and the extended warranty does not cover all bumper to bumper items as told, to get a resolution we were t Compass just nearly out of factory warranty and the extended warranty does not cover all bumper to bumper items as told, to get a resolution we were told to contact Chrysler to resolve instead of dealer doing it and after Chrysler agreed to cover the repair the service center decided not to honor the repair, at this time I can't contact service tech to get an answer as to why overall not pleased and will never go to Ferman Jeep in New Port Richey for service or buying a vehicle again. xxxx they didn't even wash my ride after doing the oil change More

Too much time. I drove 30 minutes just to make sure I used a Jeep dealer for service. Everything was fine making appointment and getting there but they didn’t take m I drove 30 minutes just to make sure I used a Jeep dealer for service. Everything was fine making appointment and getting there but they didn’t take my vehicle in for 40 minutes after my appointment. All I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. It was over two hours to get it done which is a huge waste of my time. I am new to Florida and first time at Ferman. Also my last time. No respect for my time. More
