My husband and I have been searching online for the past 3 months for the perfect truck with very specific requirements. It has to have this, it has to have that, the price has to be this, the mileage has t 3 months for the perfect truck with very specific requirements. So, after a long three day Labor Day weekend driving all over Florida searching for this perfect truck, needless to say, we were highly exasperated and tired from hearing endless lies and misinformation from the car dealerships we visited or called. Well, not only did he accommodate ALL of our needs, he was up front and honest and made our experience with the dreaded car search very pleasurable. We drove home that night in our perfect truck! We wanted to trade that Caliber for a new car because we had no warranty as be bought it used and felt it would be best to get something new with a warranty. After we had driven the Focus for a while and were not happy with it being smaller and not handling as well as the Caliber. We missed the Caliber and we recently got something in the mail from Capital One Auto Finance that intrigued us to go to Ferman Dodge Chrysler Jeep of New Port Richey. We set up an appointment and were greated by Charlie Pitcock whomand he made evrything smooth as possible and he got us financed with a doable payment and a very great interest rate with the help of the finance person Robert Packard. We are very happy to be back in a Caliber and happy that our deal included a 6 year bumper to bumper instead of the usual 3 year. More
