Roy Faulkner, asked the right guestions to find out what we were looking for and worked to give us what we wanted. Being older we are not interested in a lot of the newer inovations. He went out of his way to find the color and extras we were looking for even though he had to go to another dealership to find it. We went in to see a challenger that I found on the internet. Kathy called me and setup an appointment to see the car. When we arrived at 6:00 PM the car was waiting and so was Roy to meet us. I went into this dealer today, 01/19/2012 because I received a flyer in the mail stating that they were interested in my 2006 Charger. I was wanting to trade my charger in because of the offer that the received a flyer in the mail stating that they were interested in my 2006 Charger. I arrived on the lot at around 1:00 PM and was immediately greeted by Nick, I at that time showed him the letter that I received from them and he walked me inside to his office that would be the second on in from the left got all of the information and the keys to my car so they could look it over to make a trade in offer. After he brought the car back over which did not take long at all we walked back into his office and at this time he said that he would need to talk to the sales manager to get a quote for me because he would have to look at the photo's they took and adjust for the milage etc.... ! This was all fine until I sat in his office for over 20 minuets with no contact what so ever! As I got up to leave I laid the $5.00 back on his desk that they gave me for coming in with there flyer and walked out of the dealer ship to where I saw Nick with someone else. He then ran up to me and asked if someone by I don't know the name came and took care of me at this time I told him no and that it looks like they do not care to do business with me or are just to busy for me. I have never been treated this poorly. I imagine this will fall on deaf ears and nothing will ever come of this. Follow up, I received a call today 01/21/2013 from Keith Miller, He did not make any excuse for the way I was treated because he said there was not call for it period. He did say they were very busy but at the same time there was still no excuse for the way my visit went. Keith asked if I would come back and deal directly with him and also offed some services for what had happened with my visit. I will go back and look at doing business with Freman just because of the call I received from Keith. More
I went to at least 4 Dodge dealerships in the Tampa are before finally closing the deal at Ferman. Even though I got similar numbers from another dealership, I feel that when you are buying a $37000 vehicl before finally closing the deal at Ferman. Even though I got similar numbers from another dealership, I feel that when you are buying a $37000 vehicle, there needs to be a certain amount of customer service. I worked with Tina and Dave Lee (the Sales Manager) and without question these were the nicest people my wife and I had met. They were responsible, attentive and honest. They even stayed an hour and a half after closing on the evening my wife and I went crunching numbers for us to get the best deal. None of which we got from any other dealership. I was even allowed to order my vehicle with no deposit which goes to show you that the feeling of trust and honesty is mutual. If you are looking for a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicle, I would not go anywhere else but Ferman. More

Yesterday we bought a 2013 Grand Caravan R/T. I used to hate car shopping and "haggling" every two years. However, the last vehicle I bought was a Town and Country from Ferman and it was a pleasant experie hate car shopping and "haggling" every two years. However, the last vehicle I bought was a Town and Country from Ferman and it was a pleasant experience, so I came back again. The things that set the positive tone: the sales reps didn't swarm me as soon as I got on the lot; Roy Faulkner, our sales rep., listened while I explained what I was looking for, rather than telling me what I should buy. He parked a Grand Caravan next to a T&C Ltd. so my wife and I could compare styling, comfort and extras. We made our choice, talked price (he talked very openly about the financials)then, when we were satisfied, we met with the sales mgr. Chad, and the business mgr. Robert, who were straight-forward and helped us work through the deal that would be the easiest on us financially. While we met with them, our trade in was appraised, we finished the paperwork and were out of there with our new van in about three hours. It was the most pleasant vehicle purchase my wife or I ever made. In one way the van sold itself because of the quality, but Roy and the rest of the staff made sure it happened without all the drama I had experienced at other dealerships. More
My free diagnostics cost me $107. After receiving three free diagnostics checks and repair estimates from other service centers in the area, I brought my vehicle into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port free diagnostics checks and repair estimates from other service centers in the area, I brought my vehicle into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey for an estimate. At the end of the day, the price for repair was more then twice that of the other service centers in the area and it cost me $107 for information that I already had. After handing over my vehicle to the service desk, no mention of the cost of the diagnostics was discussed. Other mechanic shops in the area provide free estimates but not this dealership. Furthermore, I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45 for a 9 am appointment and they never got back to me to let me know the status of my vehicle and what my options were. After calling them, I told them that I was on my way to pick up my vehicle, 45 minutes later it was still on the lift in the shop and wasn't ready. They pretty much held my vehicle hostage until I paid for a service that I did not authorize or ask for. Poor customer service and shady business practices. Drive right on by this location. Updated Situation. After leaving this facility I went to another shop in Clearwater and had my vehicle repaired for $847 and not the $2400 that was quoted from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. Also, the service person that I dealt with at this location called me and admitted that my previous post was accurate and offered to return my money of I removed the post. More

The only thing I am waitting for, he (Roy) helped me unload my old dodge and lost 2 of my cheap little floor mats, AND he was supposed to replace them, but hasn't yet. I felt very brow beaten by the man who tried to talk me into the extra warranties, when he saw I wasn't buying, he was actually rude to me. I am STILL waitting for a part for the lumbar support, I bought the car on or about Oct. 11th. I have called service twice and they said it isn't in yet? As for Roy, he is #1 and I will proudly recommend him. More
