The sales staff did an excellent job in giving me the information I was seeking, and I made my decision to lease a Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. There weren't any on their lot or in the surrounding area, so I decided to order the one that I wanted from the factory. A pleasure to shop and deal here Often times we as customers are hounded from the moment we step onto the lot, rounded up like cattle, and hurried into a tiny windowless office where Often times we as customers are hounded from the moment we step onto the lot, rounded up like cattle, and hurried into a tiny windowless office where multiple members of the sales team and sales managers attempt to pressure us into buying something we don't want or to spend more than we intend. My experience at Ferman was the complete opposite. I was looking for a used vehicle with a certain price in mind and I was able to get what I wanted without any headache, hassle, or unpleasantness. From the moment I arrived to the time the deal was over my salesperson Chris Muniz was polite, helpful, and the no-pressure approach helped make the overall experience great! After a test drive we discussed numbers, I was able to return home to do a bit more research, then returned with my own offer. We worked out a deal that was fair without having multiple sales managers come and attempt to pressure me into spending more. I received a fair value for my trade and am very happy with my 1 owner purchase. Overall it only took a couple of hours from test drive to driving my vehicle home. I never thought I'd ever give a dealer a 5 star rating but I can honestly say this one deserves it based on my experience. In the future when I am in need of another vehicle I certainly will not hesitate to return for another purchase and I will be happy to recommend Ferman in New Port Richey to any friend or family in need of a vehicle.
