I originally walked into this dealership a few months ago looking for a used Jeep. Roy was very helpful and laid out many options for me, both new and used, but never made me feel obligated to go one way or looking for a used Jeep. A month later we decided we were ready to purchase a 2012 Jeep Liberty Latitude. The vehicle we wanted was very specific in color and options. He didn't play games like the numerous other dealerships I spoke with. He went out of his way to make sure it was at his location and available for us.
