My pleasant experience buying at Ferman CJD NPR Let me start by saying everyone we dealt with at Ferman CJD NPR during our July 15, 2017 purchase of a new Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus was except Let me start by saying everyone we dealt with at Ferman CJD NPR during our July 15, 2017 purchase of a new Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus was exceptionally helpful in making the shopping, actual purchase, and the delivery process flawless. We were negotiating with several dealers for a replacement for our recently totaled 2012 Towne and Country. Our local dealer in the Jacksonville, FL area, with whom we have a long standing relationship, had the car we wanted except for color. We found the right car with the right color at your dealership and began phone negotiation with Robert Suarez on Friday the 14th. By mid-day Sat, after assistance by Robert Suarez, Mark Goode, and Tracy Buczkowski, we came to an agreement and left Jacksonville to arrive at the New Port Richey dealership by 4 PM. Due to unforeseen delays on our part we actually arrived at 6:30 PM just before their 7 PM closing time. We were met by Robert Suarez and Tracy Buczkowski. Everything was efficiently arranged to enable us to complete the vehicle inspection and briefing on features, complete purchase paper work (Tracy), and complete financing (Scott Poth). Tracy and Scott remained until 9 PM, or after, to complete the deal and enable us to immediately depart for Jacksonville with the new car The expertise and customer service displayed by all involved is best described by what in the military is referred to as "above and beyond the call of duty".
