Blue Dodge Charger Ferman Dodge, was the only Dodge dealership in a 2 hour drive radius from my home. They were the only dealer that had the inventory of Dodge Chargers Ferman Dodge, was the only Dodge dealership in a 2 hour drive radius from my home. They were the only dealer that had the inventory of Dodge Chargers in normal colors, and the only dealer who had Chargers in Blue. Great experience Dennis and his manager have continuously addressed all issues to ensure my satisfaction. Vehicle purchased was at a very good price without haggling. My only down side to this point would be the detailing department. During both details I find numerous issues that were not taken care of, to include the exterior is sticky, probably needing wax, the door insulation was covered in a white residue, along with several smaller issues. I never felt pressured into the purchase and he did everything he could to help me along the way. He even filled the tank before I left the dealership! Robert made the financing portion of my car buying experience a breeze. He explained every piece of documentation that I was signing beforehand. This is the first time that I've purchased my own car and it was not the nightmare that I feared that it would be. We were in and out in no time. I will definitely be back if I need another car in the future. More
