Fuel sensor on 2017 Pacifica Service was good from the dealer once they received the fuel sensor part! Chrysler's Customer Service Center was not any help called them 6 times in the 3 weeks "they escalated the request" which meant nothing. After about 2+ weeks someone from Chrysler finally called ....... I guess if one waits long enough the issue will resolve itself! More

I went with a friend to Ferman Chrysler Jeep Doge Ram to buy a pre-owned Dodge pickup. He new exactly what he wanted which made it easier, bjut what made it even better was the Sales Associate, Tarek Kassem. A very pleasant man from the first introduction. He listened to my friend and what he was looking for and it turns out, he only had to show one vehicle. He found the perfect match. Although I was not purchasing for myself on this visit, I thank Tarek for the very pleasant process of buying a vehicle.
