Scott and Tracy went completely out of their way, as they always do, to explain to me what was still being covered and even managed to get me a refund for services that were no longer going to be provided. First, I bought my car through Jim Zabel who made me fell so comfortable through the whole car buying experience. I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted and he showed me the cherokee which is now my favorite car! and explained the whole process with the finances making my experience so much easier. The next individual I want to mention is Jamie Ward. I came into the dealership for a routine oil change. I had to bring my 6 ans 8 year old boys due to the timing of the appointment. My 8 year old loves cars and always had. He is autistic and his day was already off from doctors appointments he had that day. Him and his brother thought it would be cool to run through the tent that was connected to a car in the show room. When I finally got them in the waiting room and told them they weren't allowed to do that, my 8 year old started crying and yelling hysterically. Jamie came in and started to talk to him and explain why they couldn't run around and gave them a couple toy cars to play with, some snacks to eat, and each a cup that they filled up with a drink of their choice. He calmed down instantly which is sometimes a challenge with him and they left there with the biggest smiles on their faces. Jim and Jamie are an asset to you company and have went above and beyond to make me and my family comfortable at your dealership. More
