This last weekend was that time for my 21 year old daughter and I was prepared to put on the battle gear. We were looking for a good used vehicle and saw some online at Ferman so we were on our way. Upon arrival, Tarek stepped out to meet me. I told him straight up what I was looking for and he actually listened, pointed out valid differences in our options and let us sit back and make the decision. Absolutely no pressure, very considerate, and truly looking out for our best interests. Definitely not my typical experience buying a car - thank goodness. When all was said and done, my daughter got a great deal on a safe car, and we all left happy!!! The only negative thing about the experience is my daughter doesn't believe buying a car is a painful experience and doesn't understand why my husband and I have complained about the process so much in the past!! :) More
