My free diagnostics cost me $107. After receiving three free diagnostics checks and repair estimates from other service centers in the area, I brought my vehicle into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port free diagnostics checks and repair estimates from other service centers in the area, I brought my vehicle into Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey for an estimate. At the end of the day, the price for repair was more then twice that of the other service centers in the area and it cost me $107 for information that I already had. After handing over my vehicle to the service desk, no mention of the cost of the diagnostics was discussed. Other mechanic shops in the area provide free estimates but not this dealership. Furthermore, I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45 for a 9 am appointment and they never got back to me to let me know the status of my vehicle and what my options were. After calling them, I told them that I was on my way to pick up my vehicle, 45 minutes later it was still on the lift in the shop and wasn't ready. They pretty much held my vehicle hostage until I paid for a service that I did not authorize or ask for. Poor customer service and shady business practices. Drive right on by this location. Updated Situation. After leaving this facility I went to another shop in Clearwater and had my vehicle repaired for $847 and not the $2400 that was quoted from Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge of New Port Richey. Also, the service person that I dealt with at this location called me and admitted that my previous post was accurate and offered to return my money of I removed the post. More

I hAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL VEHICLES FROM THIS MAN. iN ALL MY DEALINGS WITH rAY, hE HAS ALWAYS PRESENTED A VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND HONEST DEALS. HE IS AN ASSET TO FERMAN. Having worked with Ferman BMW for the last 12 years, I decided to stay within the Ferman family when ordering my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. It was a terrific buying experience! From the first phone call, to the day the Jeep came in, the entire process was not only painless but FUN!! Thank you for making this purchase so easy. The Jeep came in early at 4 weeks. All the modifications were done right away including the Tires/Rims that were shipped from Tire Rack. The Jeep is beautiful! I would not hesitate to refer friends/family to Ferman. Roy was a joy to work with. He even came in on his day off to get the deal done. He also was very helpful with getting my phone set up and showing me the many new features. The only thing I am waitting f off to get the deal done. He also was very helpful with getting my phone set up and showing me the many new features. The only thing I am waitting for, he (Roy) helped me unload my old dodge and lost 2 of my cheap little floor mats, AND he was supposed to replace them, but hasn't yet. I felt very brow beaten by the man who tried to talk me into the extra warranties, when he saw I wasn't buying, he was actually rude to me. I am STILL waitting for a part for the lumbar support, I bought the car on or about Oct. 11th. I have called service twice and they said it isn't in yet? As for Roy, he is #1 and I will proudly recommend him. More

Roy Faulkner and Eric Dugas were wonderful, extremely patient and went beyond what was expected to get me into a new vehicle that was affordable and an amazing interest rate.
