Check up for vacation trip The guys in the service department always take great care of us. We brought the truck in for an oil change and had them go over the truck for anything The guys in the service department always take great care of us. We brought the truck in for an oil change and had them go over the truck for anything needed for our 2500 mile trip. Replaced wipers, and filled washer fluid, and went over all the levels to make sure we were set. A big thank you to Steve for all his help! More

Best car buying experience ever! After charting my course of dealerships to walk through in order to find a safe vehicle to drive home to Maine in, I stopped into Ferman Chrysler. I had recently stopped into a Ferman branch ladt week and was pleasantly surprised at the, "no pressure" sales staff. I was hoping to have the same experience at the Ferman Chrysler location. Well, did I ever! Chris was standing at the ready, outside and eager to greet me. I had very specific wants, as well as a 1 week timeline before I left for Maine in some "new to me" vehicle. Chris brought me in and started to go through the vehicles that met my wishes. Chris was polite, attentive to MY needs, never pressured me, gave me time to do the things I needed to. I might add that I have a severe anxiety disorder and being at car dealerships can be a major trigger for me. I will say that because I had Chris, I was calm, asked all the questions I needed, was given time to think about my decisions and am thrilled to say, I drove out with a new to me vehicle that I love! Thank you Chris for proving that you don't need to be a bulldog or bs artist to be a great salesperson! Thanks for staying late Chris! More
