We wanted to get a vehicle that would have been way beyond our budget. He was not the kind of salesman who wants to make the money. He genuinely put us in the car that was right for us. He never tried to push a certain car on me and he was very helpful with all of my questions and concerns about each car. He took the time to read up on how things worked in the car before I got there, which was very impressive. Such a nice, professional and courteous person. You will very pleased with your experience in picking out your vehicle. Next comes the financing. Robert Packard, Director of Finance. Wow!! I literally sat in a chair while he made sure I got the best financing deal, which included extending warranty and gap insurance. I now get to enjoy my beautiful new car without worrying about maintenance or service issues. He makes the experience fun and not nerve wrecking. He does the worrying for you. I can honestly say, my 4 hour drive to this establishment was worth every minute and I will NEVER go anywhere else for a car purchase again. From start of the buying process to getting the right mini van with what we needed in it at a price that did not send us to the poor farm. Tracy and Rob both worked hard to make sure everything was right and that I was satisfied with the deal and the process. Eric in the financial part went over everything and explained in detail what we should add verses what was nice to have but we really did not need it. I had went to several other dealers and I can say without a doubt that these 3 folks were truly amazing in how they worked with me and getting everything done. The other dealers were not even close in how they treated me and how they went about taking my concerns into a vehicle I wanted! Certified 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee I came into Ferman already knowing what car I wanted, and Tarek made especially sure to get me home in this vehicle! My situation was a bit unique, as I came into Ferman already knowing what car I wanted, and Tarek made especially sure to get me home in this vehicle! My situation was a bit unique, as I was co-signing with a parent who lives out of town. The entire team worked diligently to ensure that my experience was as positive as possible. They were extremely flexible in corresponding with both my mom and myself and even let me take the vehicle home before she signed to make me happy. The price of the vehicle was also awesome (about 4-5k under market value), and the Certified Jeep Warranty was beyond what I could have hoped for too! Ferman offered me an extremely fair price for my trade in, once again more than I had hoped. Overall, I would highly recommend this team and dealership! More
