An unfortunate situation turned around! We had been looking for a 2018 Dodge Durango with specific options in a certain price range for 3 months and were looking at having to order one from We had been looking for a 2018 Dodge Durango with specific options in a certain price range for 3 months and were looking at having to order one from the factory which could have taken up to 10 weeks. Coming back from my son's graduation at Ft. Benning GA, we were 20 miles from home when our cars air-conditioner quit working and the motor developed an internal noise and loss of compression. Arriving home I started searching for a Durango, beginning to feel I was not going to find what we wanted I was about to give up when I found exactly what we had been searching for at Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge, less expensive than other dealers. Two days later we started driving to Ferman's, a 100 mile trip from our home; our car's AC locked up and broke the serpentine. We were towed to Ferman's where we were treated kindly and professionally by Joseph Vega. He is not your typical high pressure salesman, which we really appreciated. Joseph and Finance Manager Scott Poth walked us through what could have been a very stressful situation, making us feel more comfortable and we left very pleased in our new Durango. More

The entire staff that I dealt with (Eric Dugas and Joseph Payne) were great but the sales person is the face of the dealership and for me Tarek is the best. I will certainly tell everyone I know who is looking for a car to go see Tarek and Ferman. He is an asset to Ferman and I will look no further when I need another car. More
