Great experience Dennis and his manager have continuously addressed all issues to ensure my satisfaction. Vehicle purchased was at a very good price without haggling. My only down side to this point would be the detailing department. During both details I find numerous issues that were not taken care of, to include the exterior is sticky, probably needing wax, the door insulation was covered in a white residue, along with several smaller issues. I never felt pressured into the purchase and he did everything he could to help me along the way. He even filled the tank before I left the dealership! Robert made the financing portion of my car buying experience a breeze. He explained every piece of documentation that I was signing beforehand. This is the first time that I've purchased my own car and it was not the nightmare that I feared that it would be. We were in and out in no time. I will definitely be back if I need another car in the future. More
