The vehicle I walked out with was much better than the vehicle I was originally interested in and I ended up with the same price. Joseph was able to answer all our questions, explained all the options, all the numbers made sense and more importantly added up - there was no waiting around endlessly waiting on a manger to provide answers. Once we agreed on the purchase, finance, always my biggest headache, was just a smooth a process. There were no surprises, no additional costs that needed to be explained. Scott was able to get a great interest rate for us and he was very helpful in customizing a warranty package that we wanted. The facility is really nice, clean and open. Very comfortable environment. Scott and Joseph were very upfront with answers, a lot of fun to work with and did not try to oversell me. I feel really good about the purchase I made. More

Service and Professionalism above and beyond I came to learn about Ferman Jeep dealership through another jeep dealer that told me "there wasn't any jeep in the color I wanted within 400 miles". I came to learn about Ferman Jeep dealership through another jeep dealer that told me "there wasn't any jeep in the color I wanted within 400 miles". They suggested I look at a new jeep that was in my price range in a different color. After looking online I discovered there was in fact the exact jeep I wanted down to the rims however used and not new. I called 20 minutes before Ferman closed and told them I was on my way to test drive the jeep. I was easily 30 minutes away and by 7:55 I got the call from Chris that he was aware I was on my way and would stay open to show me the car. First impressions go a long way and Chris nailed it with taking time to show me the jeep, provide car fact info, outline the history of the car and offering to have me take it home for the evening to show the family. Upon returning the next day we worked through the details of the purchase and Chris resolved my concerns for the brakes by having his service dept. ready to go over the car and remedy the situation. Chris also took time change out the hard top to a soft top and provide me with instructions on how to make the exchange in the future. My entire experience from beginning to end was beyond expectations and I am a true promoter of both Ferman Jeep and Chris Muniz. Having had an unpleasant experience at two other dealerships it was refreshing to see a team of people work together to make the sales experience enjoyable. More

Excellent service I am from out of state and needed an oil change and service on my jeep. Employees were very attentive and professional with the servicing of my jeep. The waiting area was unbelievable offering drinks hot or cold,snacks, and even tv to watch. Service was not a long wait but was very comfortable while waiting.
