I came in to your dealership with knocking for the bottom of my van after they checked into it they told me that the shocks and the bushings were gone need to be replaced they wanted to charge me $450 I didn of my van after they checked into it they told me that the shocks and the bushings were gone need to be replaced they wanted to charge me $450 I didn’t like what I was hearing I took it to a different dealer Chrysler they told was nothing wrong with the bushings or the shocksThat was rattling and knocking on the bumper was loose and more parts on the bottom Wasloose so it’s a 2017 Dodge Caravan I was very disappointed and I felt That they were ready to scam me I Was Very disappointed I hope it will clean up your dealership More
