VERY SKEPTICAL I was headed to another dealership, and was told by my wife that she had made me an appointment at Ferman NPR because they were doing a $25 gift card I was headed to another dealership, and was told by my wife that she had made me an appointment at Ferman NPR because they were doing a $25 gift card with a test drive.. I was hesitant, but went anyway. Best decision I made that day. Met Bryan Jordan, we spoke I told him my payment budget, and he went to work finding the best deal for me. As fate would have it a brand new car was not in the cards for me. But rather than trying to pressure me into accepting the payment, to find a cosigner, or give them more money. He went had a plan B, a used Jeep. He knew what I liked and that same day had a Jeep there that was everything I wanted. Bryan went above and beyond my expectations, he treated me with respect, kindness and consideration, (I have difficulty walking & use a cane), making it as easy as possible for me to get around, he even got up and got me something to snack on & to drink while I was there. Kudos to Ferman for being able to recognize the talent in such a young man. Actually the entire sales staff were all walking around with smiles on their faces and were quick to say hello and ask me about my day and experience. Great job EVERYONE!! More
