First time Ferman service first time I ever had service done by Ferman on my Grand Cherokee. I called made an appointment with Xavier in the Service Dept.. needed a thermost first time I ever had service done by Ferman on my Grand Cherokee. I called made an appointment with Xavier in the Service Dept.. needed a thermostat replacement wait time was reasonably short , Xavier kept me informed throughout the repair process. Repair cost was reasonable service was excellent. A week later I had another problem drove directly to Ferman , Xavier , was able to get me in for the repair so at the same time I choose to have additional Maintenance work done when all the work was completed Xavier notified me that the original problem was due to a Recall and therefore at no expense to me other than my maintenance work. thank you Xavier More

After dealing with the sales department in buying my used 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, which was a painless experince. I was very disappointed in rhe Service Department. I bought two step boards for my truck from th 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, which was a painless experince. I was very disappointed in rhe Service Department. I bought two step boards for my truck from the Parts Department. I had the the Service Department install them. They used 2 guys about 35 minutes to put them on. My bill for just the install was $216.00. I thought this was a little pricey for the job. If i would have known it was going to cost that much , i would have had put them on myself. VERY DISAPPOINTED. More
