I have went to dealership prior and had bad experience so I was giving them a second chance. I purchased a new Grand Cherokee 11/2020 and while I didn’t get an outstanding deal, I liked the Jeep. Fast forwar I was giving them a second chance. I purchased a new Grand Cherokee 11/2020 and while I didn’t get an outstanding deal, I liked the Jeep. Fast forward to trying to cancel all of those add on warranties they sell you. Went in with all documents showing auto paid 3/2021 they took everything and said they would handle it. A month later, I called warranty providers and holy cow the dealership never canceled them. So I have to do it. Bad enough they snuck them in during financing. Guess they make commission off of them. Well I won’t be back to this dealer ever again. More
